With the New Year insight, we found a recipe that mixes our 2 favorite adult beverages Maple Mojitos, and Prosecco, for one exciting celebratory cocktail: Sparkling New Year Mojitos! Follow this recipe for a bubbly, minty, and sweet (thank to Rock Maple Mountain maple syrup) to kick your New Year’s party into full swing.
Ingredients: 6 fresh mint leaves, freshly squeezed lime juice or lime wedges, 1 ounce Rock Maple or Snowshoe Pond maple syrup, 1.5-ounce rum (We suggest Smugglers Notch Distillery’s Maple Rum, 2 ounces chilled sparkling wine (might we suggest Prosecco?)
Directions: In a pint glass, muddle together mint and lime to release flavors. Add rum and ice – shake. Strain into a cocktail glass and top with sparkling wine.
