We’ve been running around like crazy now that the season has started and the sap is flowing! Luckily we got our new syrup press/filling room all finished before the season started. Below you can see the evolution of the construction. Now, it’s where our delicious maple syrup is living!

We had our first boil the night of the 20th; coincidentally the same day we started last year, and we’ve been working ever since. Below are some shots of the process so far this season.
